Solution
What gpu card did you have before the RX 570? You may have bits and pieces of the old driver in the registry path. If that's the case, the Windows program remover (in Programs and Features> Add/Remove Programs) can't see it so it's stuck.
No worries. You will need uninstall the current AMD driver, reinstall the old gpu and driver so the uninstaller program can see it and run it. When you reinstall the old gpu program, try using the AMD uninstaller program (if you had an AMD gpu) or DDU instead of 'Windows 'Add/Remove Programs'.

For DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) tool

For Nvida

Hope this helps.

Odds are that the motherboard is flaky like many ryzen boards. The quality control is really crappy regardless of brand. But I did have a Asus Prime B350-E that was DOA.

The second likely problem is the DDR4 has really bad quality control too, but still an order of magnitude more reliable than the ryzen motherboard from my experience. Run Memtest86 for 72 hours and see if you get errors.

Are they Steam games or just company games like Epic games? Try this first. Start the game, go into settings to 'reset game' or set the game to 'default'. Steam and game companies as courtesy to gamers likes to remember your game settings which is a good thing. If for any reason you need to uninstall/reinstall your game, load it on another computer, your game settings will be there. But sometimes it remembers a crash like a game setting. 'Reset' or 'Default' will erase it. Just make sure you write down your settings as they will be gone.
Hope this helps.
