Question Games lag only on stream

Hello, I started streaming, but my game in stream lags. I have beast pc ryzen 7 2700x... gtx 1080. My cpu usage isnt high. I play at 1440p 144hz monitor and tried to stream at 720p 60fps maybe its the problem. I changed stream to 1440p 60fps its little bit better but not smooth. My internet speed is 800mbps. Streamlabs settings is set by streamlabs "best settings for you". What to do to have smooth stream?

P.S For me game isn't lagging

edit: when i set my graphics on low it runs good but i want to go ultra

No, but when i lower my settings from very high to medium it gets better, but not much
