So this problem never happened until today. I went on CSGO and it turns out I get huge stuttering when I move my mouse or type in in-game chat. I also get about half the frames I usually do, and getting massive stutters. At first I thought it was an in-game issue, but it is present in every other game. All of my drivers are up to date, I've tried updating my graphics card driver as well as restarting, running multiple virus scans and windows, and system file checker. I've looked on threads with similar problems but they suggest updating graphics drivers (Which I've done), as well as other things that just don't work.
