My specs are:
Motherboard: MSI B85-G43 GAMING, Socket-1150
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4gb
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K CPU 4,00 GHz
Ram: HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 8GB

I recently switched out my GeForce 580 with this 1050 Ti and now my games are lagging even more than before. I've cleaned my drivers and installed the newest one, but that didn't help. I tried playing GTA 5 and my pc can't even handle that on Low Quality, and according to Can You Run It I meet the recommended specs.

Honorable
1. Download latest driver for your GPU from nvidia.com
2. Download and run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to entirely remove existing GPU drivers.
3. Reboot.
4. Install driver downloaded in step 1.
5. Reboot.

Give those steps a try and let us know what you find.

When you installed the 1050 ti and installed the newest driver it helps to check the box that says "perform a clean installation", this will clear out the old drivers then install the newest. Also make sure your monitor is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard.
