Games lagging and no memory available.

Hi, well this problem just started tonight for some reason and I have no idea why.
I have been playing BF4 all week with no problems and suddenly it started to lag so much that its unplayable and when I monitored my system usage saw I have no RAM left.
I have like 0-6 MB free where I used to have 200-500 mb free (I have 8GB btw).So I don't know what seems to be the problem and I did a system health test and everything was fine, I'm checking for viruses and stuff at the moment but nothing found yet.
Can anyone please help??

System specifications and graphical settings for the game would help.

Open Task Manager when it happens (Shift+Ctrl+Esc) and sort by memory usage, and see what's using the most besides BF4, also keep an eye on BF4's usage when it's NOT happening also so that you know what usage it's SUPPOSED to be at.

Settings: Ultra no AA
I would like to check how much its suppose to use but I can't because it doesn't stop lagging.
I also noticed its only BF4 doing this, non other games.
