[SOLVED] games lagging and stuttering after playing for a while

the games i was playing that this issue occurred are:

Warcraft III
Dota 2
Ac odyssey (the stutter in this game is by far the worst)
Call of duty : Modern Warfare Remastered
Far cry 5

My specs are

i5 8300h 2.30 ghz (but i turbo it to 2.70ghz max is 4 ghz)
2x4 gb ddr4 2666mhz ram
1050ti
1tb hdd

CPU temps while gaming (66°C -68°C )
GPU temps while gaming (64°C -67°C )

my ram while playing ac odyssey was when i checked was 63% usage when it started stuttering. my hdd was 60-80% at the time based on the graph

Nvm i fixed it after uninstalling RTSS and restarting my system. It seems that there is something wrong with my config and caused my games to lag after a while.
