Question Games lagging with the 'GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design'

I stopped playing games for short time of about 5 months on my Dell G7. The laptop also has a 16 gig RAM. But as soon as I restarted my gaming (AC: Odyssey), there is severe lag. Not just this; even other games are lagging severely, I reinstalled the graphic card drivers, restarted and it was totally fine. Again today, when I started playing the game, there is severe lag. The FPS gets really low like 15. Any ideas what might be happening? It was perfectly fine a few months ago.

Kindly download and install the OEM VGA drivers for your Laptop model, from the manufacturer's website. This is highly recommended while using any Laptop, and also when there are some instability/performance issues as well.

I'm not sure whether doing this will solve your problem, but nonetheless, give it a try.
