Question Games lagging

Please help. My games started lagging since i upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. My hardware is not problem its good. I tried everything in windows 10. I first thought its problem in hardware so i upgraded more ram but it was still lagging. Today i came back in windows 7 but its still lagging. In my friends pc it fixed the problem. Please help.
