[SOLVED] Games lags after switching to 1080 resolution.

Here's my system specs.

Core i5 7400 @ 3.0ghz
Radeon RX570 4gb
16gb RAM 2400mhz
1080p television turned to monitor and 1366x768 monitor.

Before, i am using a VGA-HDMI (primary) and a VGA-DVID (secondary) connectors to play and stream on my desktop without lags (both on 1366x768 reso) . But after switching to HDMI cable and set my primary monitor into 1920x1080 resolution, i am now experiencing lags on my games. Dropping from 60fps to 30fps.

Is there any ways to remove the fps drop and play smoothly without lowering my graphic settings? Or should i turn down some of my graphic settings to remove the lag?

Yea it depends on the TV. Older TVs are only 1080i 30Hz, not 1080p.
