Games look blurry on High settings

My games look super blurry on steam and im playing on high settings with anti aliasing on FXAA. Can someone please tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Is the resolution of the game set to the Native resolution of the Display? Also what game are you trying to Run?

I'm trying to run Rust. Also yes I'm using the native resolution which is 1920x1080
