Question games look slow on 75hz

Hello I bought a new pc monitor which is a philips 35 inch 1080p 75 hz monitor. Problem is when I play games at 75 fps and set the res to use 75hz in games like mortal kombat 11 the game looks a little slow, like its running at 30 fps. When I set those settings to 60 fps and 60hz, it looks fine. Any ideas?

Hmm seems I might have got it confused. They have:

Optimum resolution: 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz and:
Scanning Frequency: 30 - 83 kHz (H) / 50 - 76 Hz (V)

I must of got them mixed up. Anyway looks and runs great at 60hz at 60 fps

The monitor is a: philips 356m6qjab
Gpu I have is just a gtx 970 and I'm on the latest drivers
