Games minimizing every 20 to 30 mins on windows 10?

I have tried many solutions by creating exceptions for steam and my games on Avast, uninstalled other antivirus programs, turning off notifications, scanning for malware using windows security, turned off game mode and game bar, no window updates that fixed it, gpu drivers are all up to date, tried putting the game in windowed mode to see if that helps and still the problem occurs with all the games.

I also tried looking at many fixes on the internet and the problem still occurs, steam community is not that great at solving my problem either.
