Games not booting. Missing drivers?/DX11

hi, so I recently built my new pc, I installed all the drivers (minus the video card since it has not arrived yet) of course one of the first things I do is install some games from steam but when I tried to boot a game (PUBG) it tells me that I need to have dx11 level 10, also while I was waiting for my game to download I decided to get minecraft just while I wait for the heavier games to finish but even that crashes every time I try to boot it. is there some driver that I'm missing or did I do something wrong?

Your onboard is not DX11 Maybe thats why
or the Direct X is not installed
