Question Games not fully utilising GPU and CPU

My system:
ASRock A320M-HDV board
Ryzen 3 1200
GTX 1060 3GB
16 GB of 2400 mhz ram
450W AcBel PSU

For some reason, my games are not using my CPU and GPU properly.
League of Legends only running at around 90-100 FPS with uncapped framerate, using about 50-60% of my CPU and ~20% GPU.
Other games like 7 days to die encountering same problem with only 40-60 FPS at ~60% of both CPU and GPU.
I'm using a 1360x768 screen so none of the games are using all of 3gb of VRAM. My NVIDIA driver is up to date.

Probably it is your time to upgrade your monitor and your PSU might give you a nightmare anytime.

Instead of total cpu usage try monitoring all 4 cores. It’s possible for 1 core to hit 100% and be the limiting factor while total cpu usage is much lower. It depends on how the specific game uses the cpu.

I checked and all 4 of my cores are using about the same amount, and none of them hit above 90. So it's either something with my system or all the games I've tried are not fully optimized to be compatible with my system.

Ok try running userbenchmark and sharing the public link to the results. It’s not the best benchmark tool but can sometimes help for identifying a problem.
