Question Games not launching, getting artifacts

My games are not launching except Hearthstone and Overwatch but they run at 1 fps do its unplayable. And i get artifacts when watching youtube videos. I have tried, re installing os, different ram, diffetent gpu, different cpu, different hard disk. I have tried all different components except cpu and psu?
Also my pc doesn't recognize my gpu.
And my cpu csn run ~8 hour stress test.

And what exactly happened when you installed different GPU? Did your system also failed to recognize it?
