Hey all,
Just completed a successful(ish) new build a few weeks ago, and noticed a recurring issue regarding my storage options. Currently have Windows 10 Pro on my 1TB SSD, a 500GB SSD (disconnected for reasons from another thread) alongside a 2TB HDD. Basically, my OS recognizes the secondary HDD but every time I download games and try to run them from it, it takes 10 min to boot up and crashes not just the game but my entire OS to the point where I have to restart the computer. No such issues when I installed steam, Epicgameslauncher, and games onto my boot drive. I had this issue with both the secondary SSD and HDD so I don’t think it’s just the drives. Anyone have experience or tips for this kind of issue?
