The first time I bought my laptop, It was running well. It runs dota 2 in 40-50fps (Medium settings) and 30-40 (High/Max settings). There are no problems when it comes to running other games too. I am using Windows 8 that time btw. But when I tried to downgrade to windows 7(Lagging at desktop reason), Games are running well at first. When I've been using it for a month or more. Dota 2 in medium and low settings have 10-15fps. I upgraded to 8.1 again that time. Then nothing changes. All games failed to run properly. I have nvidia 520mx optimus btw but it isnt showing in dxdiag.

Solution
First guess is that you did not install the drivers after you installed Windows either time. Go to the computer vendor support site and install the chipset, video, audio and other drivers.

No changes, sir.

I unselected your Best Answer pick, you likely clicked it by mistake.

What does Device Manager show for the video card? Are both the onboard and nVidia shown? Can you manually set all programs to use the nVidia card instead of having it swap automatically and test again? Seems like it's only using the i5 video processing not the nVidia.

What do you mean by manually set all programs to use the nVidia card instead of having it swap automatically? Running the software with high performance nvidia processor? Am I doing it right? :/

You have GT 520 video card in the laptop, you also have the onboard i5 video. The driver options for nVidia will have an option to either select what to use automatically or to pick one or the other manually. Set it to use the nVidia card manually.

Also if you went to nVidia's site for the drivers, I would remove those and go to the laptop vendor's support site and install the video drivers from there.
