Games not smooth in my house.

Hi, i have problem with whom I fight a lot years. Now im so close to fix it - BUT. When i play cs:go i have 250+ fps (144hz) and when im in action where the computer goes into the load for example when i fighting somewhere on map with a lot players,grenades my game is so unsmooth, microstutters its hard to explain but its not normally and fps still up to 200+... I tried everything - reinstal windows, every softwares and commands later change PC, but problem was still there, recently i bought i7 7700k + gtx 1070.. every moment 300fps but i cant fix this problem. When i playing on BYOC lans my game is smooth and everything is fine... I live in old house in the village where is very old electric system, could it be this?

I think your networking solution/ISP's may be your issue. Have you tried taking your system to another location , perhaps your cousins house and seen if the issue persists?

I thought so its network but 1 year ago i bought cable network 100/100. Ye i was with my PC on other place (byoc lan event) and everything was alright...

What are your internet speeds? If this only happens when playing online then i would say its a internet issue.

its not internet problem, seems like fps problem but fps 250+, im not lagging ping ok.. my screen is choppy in sitations. But sometimes is game smooth and sometimes is very bad.. idk what i can do
