Games on HDD and SSD

So i have an SSD that i use as OS and programs and some games that i mainly play and HDD for storage, my question is if i have the same game both on the HDD and SSD would it affect the game loading speed on my SSD?

Having same game on 2 drives is not gonna help any, they can work of one drive at a time only. What you can do is to install a game on the HDD during it's installation. That way some main files will be installed on SSD and rest on HDD. That will in no way slow down SSD.

So how should i go upon it if i want to just play the game on SSD, just uninstall the same game from my HDD? do i have to clean up all the files too?

Uninstall it from the HDD and install it on the SSD, you can also move it, but I don't know if every game is gonna cooperate with moving.
