Games on low, although gaming hardware for ULTRA?!

Hey guys, im having big trouble with my notebook HP Envy 17-j040ec. I got some pretty hardware (i7, gt 750m, 8gb ram) and i still got 40 - 50 fps in bf3 on 1664 x 936 and low settings.... and i saw people on youtube with same nb playing dying light on ultra with 120 fps (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YABCMG4LN98). How is that possible ?!! I clean my pc onec a week with Tuneup utilities, when i play i got just the game open (no other processes running), i dont have any malware/spyware or other crap in my nb and i also bought coolermaster notepal u3 cause of my gpu overheat. So my question is: What im i doing wrong? And how do i get my nb to work like the guy in video?

Update: I had try something, I turned everything on ultra (in bf3) and surprisingly fps dropped just to 30. So i think my question is why dont i get better fps if i play on low? Like more than just better, its should get from 30 fps (ULTRA) to 80 fps (LOW).

the 750m is not the same as a gtx 750 it is quite a bit slower, here are some benchmarks for the card in your notebook.

Also do not believe people who state their fps in a video yet do not display it.

The 750M is no faster than a r7 250.
