Question Games on SSD but HDD doing all the work?

Remember that once data is loaded from your storage drive to the RAM, the storage usage declines unless it needs to feed more data to the RAM. Technically the application is running from the RAM.

You can look in task manager to identify what is using your HDD space.

Oh i see , i dont understand much about this kind of stuff , i have been having some gaming issues the game looks very laggy as if it where 60 hz with 200 + fps and 144 hz monitor and i thought it could be that the hdd wanst transfering the data quick enough , because i tired everything and still dont know whats causing it , could it be the RAM ?

I wouldn't jump to RAM. It could be a multitude of things, it could also just be what your PC is capable of.
That would be a whole other story :)
