[SOLVED] Games (only) disconnect after exactly 5 minutes of joining an online server ?

Just built a new PC yesterday, have been having an issue with 2 games (ARK: Survival Evolved and Escape From Tarkov) where as soon as I join into a game or server, I can set a timer and I will disconnect after 5 minutes of being in the server. I don't lag out of a livestream, or discord at all, my friends say I don't even stutter when it occurs. I have tried everything from formatting my main C: drive that has windows installed and installing a fresh version of windows, to installing different chipset drivers and graphics drivers, and I still can not find why this is occurring.
My Specs Are
Radeon RX 5700XT
Ryzen 7 3800XT
32GB DDR4 Memory
600W PSU
MSI X470 PLUS-MAX motherboard

If anyone ever stumbles upon this thread, this is how I managed to fix this issue.
I plugged my ethernet into another port into the router
and
I updated my router firmware
