Question Games (Overwatch, Apex etc.) randomly switch to desktop

Hello together,
this problem really annoys me and I can't figure out what could be the cause. I have googled and tried: disabling microsoft error reporting service, disabled all possible office update daemons, uninstalled razer synapse. Do you have any other ideas what might be the problem? Would really appreciate the help. Cheers.

I just found the issue for me. The program RGB Fusion from Gigabyte caused my games to minimize. If anyone is experiencing the same, I'd suggest uninstalling that. It will most likely fix the issue.
