Games/PC Crashing Frequently

Hey all, I'm running into frequent crashes with my custom PC I've been running for almost 2 years recently. I can use my computer for anything but games fine, but when I fire up games and I'm talking on discord with my friends, it seems like every 45 minutes or so either my game will crash to desktop, it will freeze and lock up my screen (except I can still hear and talk through discord), or I'll just get a BSOD. I've tried many things like rolling back my Nvidia drivers, updating my BIOS, deleting MSI Afterburner and turning off overlays, but something in the last week has made my gaming pc unusable for gaming. Any help is appreciated!

CPU: Intel 6700k at Stock settings
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 SC at stock settings
MOBO: MSI Z170A SLI, running latest BIOS
PSU: Seagate 550W PSU
RAM: 16GB (2x8 sticks) Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2400
OS: Windows 10 Pro build 17134.81

Do you have sufficient cooling? Maybe your computer is overheating. Other than that IDK.
