Question Games randomly crashes with XMP, no memtest86 errors.

Hello guys, I'm kinda desperated at this point. I've been having many issues with this computer I've just built 6 monthgs ago. Everything was fine for a while and then sudden crashes started with my games, no errors and no nothing, just directly to desktop. I ran memtest the first time and it showed many errors, I moved my timings and voltages and ran memtest again (Twice) and this time it didnt show any errors at all. Now I'm having those crashes again, they're all random.

GIGABYTE B450M DS3H
Ryzen 5 2600 (NO OC)
RTX 2060 (NO OC)
2X8 Gskill Trident Z (3200 with XMP)

UPDATE: I ran AIDA64 Stability test and it just failed. Any ideas so far?

Set the ram to 2933Mhz in the bios

UPDATE: I've just updated my BIOS and for some reason everything is stable now, ran AIDA64, Prime95 and memtest. None of them have showed any errors so far
