Question Games randomly freezing

Randomly starting today, while playing games such as CoD warzone/MP and Borderlands 3, my game will randomly freeze my whole PC making me do a hard reset. I have installed all new drivers on everything possible. I get no Error code as well
GPU is Radeon Rx 580 sapphire nitro+
Processor is AMD Ryzen 5 2600
All sound also goes out, cannot click, alt tab, ctrl-alt,del etc.

I have a very similar problem with the exact same card. With mine it will occasionally and randoly freeze and the game will continue playing but super laggy and with 5 FPS. While it’s doing this I can’t do anything.
