Games randomly stuttering

Couple days ago my pc had no problems running games like gta5, csgo, lol but now the games cant get over 50 fps. I played gta on medium getting 45 fps but now it stutters like crazy on low graphics.
Has anyone had a similar problem or does anyone know a way to maybe clean up my computer?

If you have an Nvidia GPU and updated to driver 375.xx or newer your video memory may have stuck on low speed. Try uninstalling and use DDU to remove config. The reinstall a version 374.xx or older.
