Question games re launch after closing

everytime i close siege or fortnite, it just launches by itself again. i've tried repairing easy anti cheat since they both run on eac
does anyone know what it's doing?

did a malware bytes scan, only had something on plutonium that was scanned as malware, i've deleted it and restarted my pc and i'm gonna test if it's still happening on siege

the issue still seems to be occuring. i have no clue what to do now.

ah i found the issue. it's razer cortex, i'm not sure why but it would keep on restarting fortnite and siege since they're the only games i have that run off of cortex.

so cortex has an option thatr re-opens the games or does it just do it if its on?
