Question Games repeatedly cut out and entire pc freezes

I play on pc with windows 10 and every game I play never fails to have audio cut in and out and game play to momentarily freeze. It doesn't matter if its on steam, battle.net or epic games, they all do the same thing. Not to mention, at LEAST twice a week my computer will completly freeze up on me, forcing me to manually reboot. It never happened before I installed a new motherboard and cpu so I assume it has something to do with that but I haven't been able to figure out whats wrong. I've made sure my graphics card and audio are up to date too. I also don't have a problem with audio/video playback from programs like chrome, netflix, or media players. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ran a test with no problems. What's the best way to do a fresh install? It's always seemed sketchy to me

UPDATE: I reinstalled windows and tried out a couple games and it's still stuttering
