[SOLVED] Games Running So Slow that They're Unplayable

Hey, so I just built a new gaming PC for the first time. It performs really well and I have no problem with it except for when I try to play any kind of game. The only games that I was able to run were Minecraft (lol) at 200fps and some indie games but it doesn't really count. I tried playing Overwatch, Team Fortress 2 and Hearthstone but it was impossible for me to keep playing for more than a minute because of how slow they were running. My PC is supposed to run these games at at least 100 fps so I really don't understand what's wrong.

This is really frustrating me because I bought a PC mostly to play games (not only but still). So if you have any idea why this is happening feel free to tell me because I don't know what to do anymore. Thanks!

Here are my specs :

GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 2gb
CPU : Intel Pentium Gold 5400 3.7Ghz
Ram : Crucial CT4G4DFS824A 4Go (DDR4, 2400 MT/s, PC4-19200, SR x8, DIMM, 288-Pin) x2
PSU : EVGA 450wtt Bronze
OS : WIndows 8.1 Pro but I think I'll upgrade to 10 soon
Hard drive : SeaGate BarraCuda 1T
