Games running worse after factory reset

So I just reset my laptop and reinstalled my programs in attempt to fix my low FPS and stuttering as well as 100% usage hard drive problem. After resetting, nothing was improved and I now get 50fps compared to the 90 that I was getting before on fortnite. I get the same FPS no matter what settings I use and everything else seems to run horribly.

Sorry for the late reply, I was called into work immediately after you replied. I installed the "Game Ready Driver" from nvidia's GeForce Experience app, but only that.
