Games stutter like crazy low FPS with GTX 1080 Ti SLI?!!

Hello,

I have installed two ASUS Strix GTX 1080 Ti SLI in my computer last year. I have played AC Odyssey and Shadow of the Tomb Raider at 144 Hz 1440p G-Sync enabled. Both seem to stutter a lot in or around 10 seconds. I am getting average of only 59 FPS on both the games to a minimum of 13. What is wrong!! It is really annoying.

Equipment: Processor: Intel i7-7700k @ 3.50 Ghz
RAM: HyperXFury 1866 4x8 GB
Video Card: ASUS Strix GTX 1080 Ti x 2 SLI
Motherboard: Asus Z270E
PSU: SeaSonic S12II 1000W
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB (7200 RPM); WD Black 1 TB; Samsung 850 Pro SSD 1 TB
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

I will try playing with only 1 1080ti...
Many games can not support SLI well...
Also check your CPU/GPU temp and usage.
