Games stutter when watching stream or youtube on second monitor

Hello,

This is my specs:

GTX 1070
Intel Core i7-8700k
8 GB DDR4 Ram
240 GB Kingston SSD

I use to be able to watch streams like twitch or simply listen to music on youtube on my second monitor, while i was playing league of legends.
Now whenever i play something on firefox like twitch, yotube etc. i get stutters in game. This does not affect the fps, it is always above 180+ but the game feels so laggy. I have tried with other browsers like chrome, but this does not fix the problem.
I have also tried other games, it even does it in hearthstone

ram is your enemy, go get 16 gb ram.
you may monitor the ram usage on the second screen.
