Games Stuttering and Audio Issues

Just recently (about 3 days ago) I started getting major stuttering in games. Most of the stuttering seemed to just be in the audio, and after changing some of the audio card settings I thought I had fixed the problem but about a day ago I started experience the game stuttering again and audio stuttering, but this time the audio didn't just stutter, at times it would make loud screeches and buzzing noises. I really want to fix this problem in the easiest way possible. (my audio card is an AudioBox USB)

Remove Audio Card. If problem continues, it might be an issue with your CPU. If you are overclocking, remove the overclock and see if this helps.
