Hello,

My system specs are:

MSI GTX 970
i5 4690k
gigabyte z97 d3h motherboard
4x 2 gb 1333 mhz RAM
bios version: 04.06.05 and date: 6/17/14
windows 8.1 64 bit
520 watt coolermaster psu
Samsung 840 evo 250 gb

Now my problem. I tryed 4 monitors to make sure it is not a problem with the monitor, but for some reason with my pc. When I play games like league of legends or far cry 4 I get random stuttering, even when the fps stays stable. I currently use a BenQ xl2411z monitor, which I recently bought. I use it at 144 hz and I still get stutters in league of legends when I put vsync on. The stuttering mostly happens when my fps randomly drops to 120-130 instead of staying stable at 144. I find it strange that it stutters at such a high fps and that the fps does not stay stable at 144 with my system specs. I never noticed this stuttering when I had a radeon HD 7750 with a i5 760 processor on league of legends with 60 hz monitor. Putting my current monitor on a lower refresh rate doesn't help either. I reinstalled windows after I got the gtx 970 and installed all the latest drivers. I upgraded all my pc parts except for the RAM. When I run msi afterburner, I can see the gpu usage and cpu usage is never above 50-60%. I have no clue what the issue is here and I hope some of you guys do instead. Thanks in advance.
