[SOLVED] Games stutters while above 60 fps

CPU: I7 7700k NO OC
GPU : MSI RX 480 8GB
RAM: HyperX 24 GB ( 1x16 + 1x8)
PSU: EVGA 750W bronze
MOBO: Z270-HD3 v.1
DISPLAY: BenQ Zowie XL2430 144@Hz

My problem is while i uncap my fps to go above 60 fps i have constantly stuttering in almost any game the only exception i found so far been CSGO, when i cap it to 60 everything is normal with no problems.
I have already use DDU and install new drivers for gpu and also for the motherboard. Also tried my refresh rate of my monitor in both 60hz and 144hz but the problem still persist.
Can you tell how to fix it ?. Thanks in advance !

so a 120fps game frameskip even on 60fps video
try disable vsync/freesync
otherwise u can run in background latencymon to see if its driver related
