Games have recently just randomly started lagging.
I don't know what happened. I've tried everything. Literally everything. One day, games just randomly started lagging out of nowhere. I did a benchmark test and it said my GPU was under performing and was in the 40th percentile.
What I've tried:
Resetting Windows
Going back to old drivers
Changing settings
Overclocking
More
I haven't changed anything, so I don't know what could've caused this. This system is fairly new, I know it's not dust.
Every single game I've played has had this problem.

Ryzen 5 2600X
RX 570 4GB
8GB RAM
240GB SSD
1TB HDD
500W Thermaltake Smart 80+ White
