Games taking too long to install

Doesn't matter if it is from CD-s or downloaded, they just take so long to install, like 4 to 6 hours lol, i already had the problem some while ago, formated the PC and it was fixed, but i had to format it alot of times to get it fixed, i don't want to do it again... any guesses?
I ran HDTUNE and on the benchmark it told me read error, test aborted and on the error test i had damaged blocks over 4%.
And it takes long time to boot, and to respond sometimes.
any ideas?

Obviously your hard drive is failing. Do a backup and replace it outright!

No. Even if you can get it to usable form with another full format, it's pretty much 100% that it will fail again. It's like driving around with a cracked windshield. Backup the data while the drive is still working, get a new drive to use.

+1 agree. Same thing happened to me. Making funny noises, slow boot times, freezing. Time to replace it.

A hard drive is not super expensive.

Think about your hard drive as your car's engine. Once it breaks/cracks there is no way to fix it and you can't trust it, even if you patch it somehow. It will fail really soon and probably when you most need it. That is why a replacement is the best option.
