Games taking up too much RAM memory leak?

So whenever i play a game no matter what game it is the ram usage for it shoots up to 5gb minimum and starts to climb at around 50-100 mb a minute

Also when i go to the users tab on windows task manager it says the memory usage is 30% but on the processes tab its 41%

I have 12gb kingston ram dual channel 8gb+4gb stick

gtx 1060 6gb mini zotac i7 4790 3.6ghz 5400rpm hd 2tb WD 750w nova evga b 80+

windows if you cant tell by task manager for some reason

and the res is 1920x1080 although i dont see how knowing the res will help with a potential memory leak...

i have manners and i admit it was rude but i have had this pc for very little time and for some reason its had so many problems and i guess i was just fed up at the time.

If he sees this then i apologize.

i just wiped my hard drive and everything is working perfectly except for one game, which is rust and i dont know if its the game or me but the memory still shoots up on that game unlike everyone else that i can see.
