The GPU is the weakest link.

BF3 - http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=1164&game=Battlefield%203 - you should be able to play at high settings (at 1080p)

You can also check the other games the same way.

My original CPU planned was FX 6300 .. Having R9 270 Graphics Card will cause CPU to Bottleneck?

The 270 will be fine. Even with the FX6300.
