Title says it all. I've played Limbo, ATOTS, Fez and Super Meat Boy.
So tell me other games of the same time that are enjoyable, thanks

Well small sized games that are enjoyable:
FTL: Faster than Light
Game Dev Tycoon

Defy gravity, Codename Gordon, Serious Sam first encounter is around 600mb and is pretty nice.
There's Robocraft, Minecraft, Worms Armageddon too.

I realy enjoyed the mentioned games aswell. If you are looking for similar game to Limbo I would like to show you a game that I'm working on together with some others. It's called Ember and we have recently started a kickstarter for it that can be seen here:

we have got alot of inspiration from Limbo and also Braid (that I can recommend aswell). We focus alot on the story but still keeping the fun in clever puzzles that has a good connection to the story.
