Games use low amount of ram and stutter !!

Hello i ve been experiencing a huge stuttering i couldnt find the reason updated all drivers. did a full restart and reinstaled games. The preobelm continued but just now i realized that my games use extremaly low amount of ram. They use 15-25% of my ram. alos recently i tried runing realbench benchmark and its said that the amount of ram inserted is improper. this got me thinking that my ram is somewhat locked
btw most of the games i play are known for huge memory leaks and when i played on different devices they used to use around 80% of ram

CASE: corssair spec-alpha
CPU: Intel i5 6600k(overclocked to 4.5 ghz)
MOBO:Gigabyte gaming K3
GPU:EVGA 970 OC
RAM:16 GB hyper x 2133 mhz
POWER SUPPLY: corssair gold 550 watt
COOLER: cooler master ....
OS: Windows 10 64bit

your gonna want to shut the pc down and pull one stick of ram out. Try running the pc with only one stick of ram in and see if it is the ram causing the issue. Test each stick of ram on it's own. I think most people use memtest to test ram.

Hopefully someone else will add to this post because I'm not the best with ram.

I'd benchmark the RAM to see if there aren't any problems with it. Can you tell us from when this is happening?

it happens since i did a full restart of my pc and as i said i tried benchamrking but it says there is not enough ram

Hmm.. did you try enabling XMP (Extreme Memory Profiling) in your BIOS settings?

Try testing the Memory with MemTest Link

And then tell me, what it says about your Total Physical Memory
