Games Will not Recognize my AMD Graphics Card

I got my card to weeks ago (AMD R7 265). It was running everything fine. I was able to run Titanfall maxed out at 60FPS, Shadow of Mordor on High 45 FPS and other lower games perfectly. Now, games are lagging like crazy and I suspect it's because they are not recognizing my graphics card anymore for some unknown reason.

Yesterday I plugged my computer into the TV but I dont think this would have any effect on the performance. Thanks in advance: starting to get really frustrated.

Does your graphics card have the latest up to date driver? Also what input are you using on your monitor? What kind of monitor do you have?

Drivers are up to date. Im using DVI on my monitor. I fixed Shadow of Mordor somehow but Im still getting issues with Titanfall. I have a HP 1600x900 LCD monitor with a 120 MHz refresh rate.
