Question Games with EAC are causing GPU spikes ?

hi so. I just finished building my new rig last week and i'm having issues with eac games and spikes happening randomly.

this is my rig

One M.2 SSD is located in the blaze slot and the other is in the top slot behind the graphics card.

Every game that doesn't have EAC works perfectly fine with no spikes at all.
I've only got the spikes on New World and Hunt Showdown.

i did verify the game files and everything is fine.

programs im using to monitor are listed below. i also want to point out i did do a uninstall on all the programs to see if that would stop the issue but it did not.
CPUID HWMonitor
GPU Tweak III
iCUE
GeForce Experience

im looking for help on this.

See, this is why I don't have Windows 10 or a very high AMD CPU. Just sayin, I Beta tested that CPU a while ago on a similar system like this and it did the same exact thing only less spikes. Consider Windows 11 as it might help or don't use so many open source software as EAC would mistake it for cheating and won't ban you but will cause spikes like this. Believe me; I KNOW...........................................
