I downloaded COD MW off of blizzard and the site is saying I do not own the game. I then went to steam and downloaded Doom and I get a small blue screen for a half a second. I’ve never had these issues before and I am doing something slightly different. My C drive is fill so I am placing these games on my D drive. When I was downloading I chose a different location and created a folder and it downloaded. I’m on w10, 16gb ram, 750ti, I7 i930. The video is my steam issue the pictures are my blizzard issues. Not sure what to do next, please help.

Solution
For Steam games, just designate a location on your other drive:
Steam games location
In the steam client:
Steam
Settings
Downloads
Steam Library Folders
Add library folder

And free up some space on your C drive.

That's an awfully drastic solution when we do not know the actual problem.

From my experience from my work, a full C: drive doesn't represent a healthy state of a Windows Installation. Ikr its a drastic solution, but I have a honest feeling the C: drive is full of unnecessary programs and probably infected too
