Games wont install on new windows 8

Hi there, i have a new laptop, with windows 8, and when I try to install a game, the installer setup opens but after 3/4 seconds it closes. I've tried to disable the antivirus and update the pc, but it's still not working.. what's hapenning??

intel core i-5-4210u cpu @ 1.70ghz 2.40ghz toshiba sattelite, windows 8 64bits, with amd radeon graphics. The laptop has 3 months old. can't install no games except league of legends. all setup installers do the same. far cry 4 i installed but game didnt work, it started and suddenly stoped with no error messages.
I'm not very good with pc's. but this is the first time in years that I cant find any answer on the web.
Plus: I've tried to update visual c++ and n.framework and directx, and all of them gives me an error. tri'ed to unnistall them and install them, and it does the same

Uhh, since it's only 3 months old have you tried contacting toshiba support? It sounds like your OS install may be busted. There may be a recovery partition on your HDD that will allow you to reinstall windows, because this is definitely a FUBAR'd laptop if you can't install things.
