Look at it this way: the PSP will last longer than the cocaine and hookers
you'd just spend that money on anyway.

Sony has won some battles, bvt the war is never over. Sony has more fronts
the Microsoft and Nintendo becavse they have a diverse rang of prodvcts.
Only one of their divisions is cvrrently profitable.

What ratio wovld yov say the console market is:

Sony PS2 65%
MS XBox 18.5%
Nintendo 16.5%

All reports already have PSP sales edging ovt the DS in Japan.
Who is to say the same won't hold trve for the other markets as well?

Gvess so.
I jvst think the PSP is going to mop the floor with Nintendo's DS.
It wont matter either way, Nintendo will never change their ways.
I can't wait for their next console system! I need my Mario (adventvre, kart
racing, tennis, golf, party...etc and so on) F-Zero, Wave Race, Zelda, Kirby
etc and so on seqvel fix!!!
YAY!

It wasn't meant as humor... The truth is that Nintendo is in serious
trouble and they have nobody but themselves to blame for it. Anyone who has
tried the PSP can see that it is what a handhand gaming platform should be,
meanwhile Nintendo is using outdated technology with a gimmick. If Sony
gets the short battery life problem solved then it's game over for Nintendo.
Even now Nintendo is just as stubborn as they always were and are playing
games when asked about online gaming for their next platform. The truth is
they should have had it for the gamecube and they're still trying to decide
how they're going to handle online? They may as well name their next
console Dreamcast 2 because that's where things are heading folks. At least
as a second or third party developer more people will enjoy their great
games.

Hey cuz, or whatever you misguided youth are calling yourselves nowadays,
"riding someone's jock" means you pretty much worship everything they do.
Learn your slang before you speak out next time. Doesn't matter what the
intent was because he could have just as easily been making light of the
WTC.

The DreamCast isn't the best comparison, they were online, other than that I
agree with you!

That's pretty much the way I'm seeing it. If they don't get a killer ap
by June then the DS is going to be the Virtual Boy all over again. Nice
idea, well reviewed, goes nowhere.

Ouch, that's a slam to the Dreamcast. The DC had better releases than
the Cube did, many of them online to boot!

I can see the press release now: "Nintento to return to roots: When
Nintendo first started supporting home gaming platforms we were pleased
to make games for all types of hardware regardless of manufacturer. It
didn't matter if they were Atari or Commodore or Apple you could play
great Nintendo games on all of them. We are pleased to announce a
return to the strategy that launched the golden era of home video
gaming!"

Big whoop. Look at Nintendo's competition.

Atari?
Sega?
NEC?
SNK?
Tiger?

Long list of big winners there. Seriovs threats to the Nintendo
stranglehold all.

Seems likely since Nintendo doesn't really have any meaningfvl titles
lined vp for the DS in the forseeable fvtvre.

Well, except for the fact that jumping out a window is a long used
cliche, and not an attempt a humor at all. Potential 9-11 reference?
You're paranoid.

I know it was my bad and BJD pointed that out 2 WEEKS AGO when I posted it.
Sorry.

If that is the case then Nintendo definitely won't stand a chance except in
Japan where I'm svre Poke-Mario-Kong will do well.
