Gamestream Is a Fail HELP!

I purchased the Nvidia shield tablet two days ago updated everything then fired up gamestream. The game launches on my computer but on the tablet it gives me error 80070004. I've looked on every forum on planet Earth. (yes gamestream is turned on in geforce experience)

Here's what I did on my own:

Port forwarded all the ports anyone has ever said on any fourm
reinstalled geforce experience
went into beta for geforce experience, shield hub and steam
Restarted my computer, router, and tablet in the order suggested

So, I called Nvidia they asked me to clear the cashe and data of hub, it worked for one game then I left the game and tried another, now none work. Uninstalled all drivers on my pc and reinstalled them, factory rest the tablet.

Now they said they are sending me to lvl 2 of customer support and will email me back, last time it took them 21 hours to email me back and I'm quite fed up with them.

Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

That is about the right time for tech support to get back to you, maybe a hardware issue.
