Hello People,

Need advice on the below builds.

Gaming PC-
Currently I am having budget to build a gaming PC and I have opted for the below specs to play at 1080P / 120+ FPS consistently.

CPU - Ryzen 5 3600 (non X)
GPU - Nvidia RTX 2060
RAM - Gskill Tridentz 3200MHz (2x16GB)
Mobo - Asus x570 P
SSD - Samsung EVO 970 500GB

Streaming PC

Future plan for streaming PC. Maybe after 6 months

CPU - Ryzen 5 2600 (non X)
GPU - None
RAM - Any 2x16 GB 3200Mhz
Mobo - MSI B450 board
SSD - Samsung EVO 970 250 GB

My Questions are,

  1. Will I be able to game consistently at 120FPS for BRs and 60 FPS for AAAs with my gaming build @1080P resolution (atleast for the next 2 to 3 years)?
  2. Can I stream my games on twitch @1080p/60FPS good quality with my streaming build ?
  3. Should I need a dedicated GPU for my streaming PC for streaming ?

Please answer my questions considering my low budget. My passion is gaming/streaming and I am thinking of turning it as my full time career.

You need a GPU for the 2600. It doesn’t have an iGPU.

16GB of RAM is fine. 32 is overkill for gaming and streaming. Also why not just do both on the same PC?

also would look at a 5700 over a 2060

Thanks for answering . I feel RX 5700 is overheating and thats why I went for RTX2060. I am from India and my place is quite known for harsh temperatures (it ll reach 47C at summer season and 36C on a normal day and 5700 will definitely overheats.

Will that be a problem ? or Should I go with 5700 as you've said. I really need a good gaming performance.

[Edit]
I am planning to buy a GSync Monitor for better gameplay. As far as I've heard, AMD freesync is not upto the perfromance

Get Freesync Monitor which you can get at much reasonable price and get satisfied performance.
RX 5700 XT sits above RTX2070 in performance almost at RTX 2070 Super level.

Instead of building a second PC, for streaming, when you have the money for that second PC, just upgrade the CPU to a 3700x, or 3900x, and maybe add a 1tb or 2tb Intel 660p, for games storage. Then you could just sell the 3600, to make up for some of the cost.

If you combine budget of two builds you can even fit in G-Sync supportive monitor while improving on performance a bit.

This build looks great. I think I can stream and game with this single CPU if I add extra RAM and another monitor. Thank you so much for your suggestion.
