gaming and video editing build

Please, I want to know is that build enough for gaming, video editing or even more:
i7 8700k
gtx 1070 Ti
16-32gb ram
adata xpg sx8000 512gb nvme ssd
seagate barracuda 2tb
bitfenix whisper 650w
aorus z370 gaming 3

Great for 1080p or even 1440p. A GSync monitor would pair great with this build.

Yes. That is a great pc build for gaming editing basically anything else. Like someone else said you should definitely get a g sync monitor that is 1440p as that would be overkill for 1080p. If you can you should get a gtx 1080 then you could do 4k gaming and editing. if I am not wrong the 1070ti is only 40 pounds cheaper than the 1080 in the uk. However g sync monitors are quite expensive so if you cannot get one don't worry about it as 1440p or 4k will be a great choice for you. ( 16gb will be enough for video editing but get 32gb or 24gb if you can with a ram speed around 2600mhz)

I didn't notice the Ti version of the video card. Definitely more suited for 1440p. Not a powerhouse that will get you 240fps consistently but definitely top notch enough that it's worth getting over 1080p.

Yeah anything over 1070 will be more than enough for 1440p

Of course some games do absolutely grind the 1080ti especially games like Witcher 3 with hairworks on. But the 1080 or 1070 ti can run 1440p games above 60 with the right graphics settings.
